Superior Saw & Small Engine

Super chaotic didn’t seem like anyone knew what they were doing. I know it’s Monday, but took 40 minutes to change two blades. They don’t carry the blades for your mower. I’m going there for the last year and now you’re not in the system just very chaotic and unorganized.

Truly don’t understand the bad reviews! Everyone is so helpful and nice. Luckily I called before and they let me know I needed my model number (had no idea parts only went to certain thing) Came in with my model number and got exactly what I needed for my mower and my string trimmer. Everyone was so helpful!!

Customer service has went way down. The female y'all have working for you doesn't want to work there obviously. That's why y'all are losing so much business because she pushes your customers away. Don't put somebody completely useless behind the counter.
