Poor quality. Poor warranty. Talks a great game to get the sale, but after the sale it becomes a challenge to get the warranty honored. Quality control is nonexistent. There are no,none,zero professional repair shops that work for $45 dollars per hour. Jasper will sell you an additional warranty to cover up to 125 per hour. That too is unrealistic,which means the customer has to come out of pocket…

It's been almost 4 Months now. So yes I'm Highly disappointed. sent my motor off in February And I've still yet To get the motor rebuilt and sent back. to me. It's been deadline after deadline being changed. Now I find out it's changed again to the end of July. The 4 to 6 weeks To rebuild is a joke. Sick one at that...
