Walmart Auto Care Centers

Do not schedule an appointment here. They are unprofessional and rude. I’ve had to call multiple times regarding products ordered, the lady answering the phone gathers information but waits hours to return phone call. The “manager” was rude as though I was bothering him by following up on unanswered questions. If you order parts, please don’t let this location install them.

I scheduled an appointment online the day prior. Arrived on time and checked in for the oil change. I saw how the guys worked on other cars and left my car for later. After waiting 1.5 hours, the oil change was done. The lack of customer service and professionalism shows that my appointment was not taken seriously. Thankfully, I don't have to return to this Auto Care Center ever again.

USELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Had my TPMS light on. The beach blvd location told me I needed to buy a new sensor and possibly a new tire. They didn’t have any in stock. I went to two other different locations just to find out that it was a simple nail stuck in the tire which was easily reparable. It’s been months and the issue has long disappeared And the tire is performing great. Update to another …

They have cheap prices. However my appointment was cancelled three times without reason. I came in the first time and the staff members response was “you can wait here all day if you’d like, but there’s no guarantee we’ll get to you”. Tire kingdom replaced the tire in 2 hrs without appointment. Lowkey what I expect from Walmart tho.

I absolutely was totally pleased with customer service and the work done on my car. 2 new tires and rotation . They took care to put my spare back where it belonged. Great job . Thank you. I will come back in a couple of weeks for the other two new tires I need.
