Amazing arena and staff. Jacksonville Iceman are a great team this year!
Great proximity to the sport complex. However if you park up high, may take up to 45 mins to get out.
Had my car break down in this parking garage after an event and Stacey was very helpful with communicating with me to be able to get garage in and out of the garage and even allowed me to park the car there overnight. The next day she helped me get the access to the garage with very short notice. The staff here is very friendly! Would park here again! Thanks Stacey and staff!
Getting in easy. Location great. Leaving was a nightmare. Took 30 minutes to get out of my parking space because no cars were exiting the building. I will park farther away for easier accessibility leaving when the event is over
