Charles was AMAZING - I was having a hard time finding anyone that could help me with my windows on my Beetle. He hooked his machine up and within minutes had my car up and running. Awesome customer service and repair work. Charles arranged the tow service to shop for me and the price was very reasonable (Brewer towing). I had it towed to shop because I thought the starter was bad, but Charles found that it wasn’t the starter but a bad battery cable along with a bad battery. The front brakes needed replacing too.
