Premium Auto Shop

Premier has done many cars for me and my family. Every single job that they have done was done professionally and in a timely manner. I have recommended them to a couple of people and everyone was super impressed with the work they did. Great prices. Great work and best of all very responsible people

want to share my experience with PAULO LUIS B. to help others avoid a similar situation. I paid 10k to him ( l have proof) for bobcat t770 (Supposedly he was going to buy it at the auction) on 12/21/2024, but I never received what I paid for. I ask for a refund, he promises to return my money "tomorrow," but that day never comes. It has been 4 months, and I still have nothing, no refund, just excuses. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with PAULO B. to be cautious and do thorough research before making any payments. If anyone has had a similar experience, feel free to share. Let's help each other avoid scams like this.

I highly recommend the shop for high quality work. They did an amazing job on painting the whole car. The price is very reasonable and the owner is very nice. Highly recommend, best body shop in Jacksonville.

I had a great experience with Premium Auto Shop. I had some damage to my BMW and wanted to have the quarter panel and door repaired. I reached out to the shop on Google and was able to bring my car in for a quote. When I pulled up, I was told to speak with Paulo and he looked at my car and gave me a quote. He was very kind and understanding and I also spoke to Priscila to help translate. They gave such a fair price compared to other auto body shops in the area and the BMW dealership. They were the least formal with the quote process(no printed out paper) but I did get the best feeling from talking with Paulo. I brought the car in last week and they were able to complete the repair in 5 days.…

Flawless Repair and Exceptional Service! I can't express enough how impressed I am with the service I received at Premium Body Shop. After a recent door crash incident with my BMW, I was worried about finding a shop that could restore it to its original condition. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, putting my concerns at ease. The repair process was seamless, and the end result exceeded my expectations. My BMW looks brand new, and you can't even tell there was any damage. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are truly exceptional. Thank you to the entire team at Premium Auto Body and especially Paulo for your expertise and outstand…
