Tried to schedule an appointment through their website, did not go through. Then tried calling a couple times only to be met with a recording saying to text a number, I texted and explained my situation, after confirming twice that I did wanted to schedule David simply stopped replying. 3 days, several attempts and got nowhere.

I brought my 09 honda fit here for a second opinion after a string of poor experiences with the dealership. My AC was freezing over (compressor was replaced a few years ago by dealer) and the blower motor died during a freeze up.
