I have been going here for years and always get the best care personally and with my car! I trust them with my vehicle and all they do to make sure I’m good to go and safe for the roads! Davin is always so helpful whether it is finding a specific part for my vehicle or making sure I’m getting the best deal on a single mom budget, all while still getting everything I need done! This place is great. People are professional and very knowledgeable concerning repairs. Had a transmission changed and the vehicle works fine. Just picked it up yesterday and drove with no problems. Hopefully, it’ll last a long time since the cost was significant. I bought the transmission and they just installed it. So far so good. I have been taking my vehicles to Ricky's for 7 years. I have never been more happy with all my repairs. I don't understand why that lady would post something about the younger guy he is the sweetest person. Ricky, Devin and Ethan are very honest, polite and the sweetest people ever. They always give estimates before repairs and the prices are very reasonable. This is a family owned business and they treat you like your part of their family. Ricky’s automotive shop is a very reliable business to take your vehicles to. I spoke to Keith and Ethan and they both gave me very good quotes on my vehicle and were very polite and informative on the phone. It didn’t take a very long time at all which Is great for me. It only took 2 days for them to finish and give it back to me. They even have a nice waiting room with AC and a TV with a remote for the TV as well. There are also snacks and drinks for customers to enjoy in the waiting room while waiting for your vehicle to get fixed. All in all Ricky’s automotive is a very reliable business that I will be going back to and you should to.
