I consistently go to this shop to get diagnostics as they are the only one that has allowed me to go in the back to show me the problem they have found. I typically try to replace the parts myself as they only install OEM and labor rates are expensive (4 star) but this is no fault of the mechanics who are always very friendly and seem honest and trustworthy. I called numerous times to set an appointment to replace a busted tire, left phone messages, and my phone number! . I was never called back. Poor customer service.
